HOTEL POLICIES

As a guest at Sun Park, our policies are deliberated to boost your stay and confirm maximum comfort and convenience throughout. Please be aware of the following policies:

• Check In: From 12:00 PM
• Check Out: Until 10:00 AM (late check out available on extra charge, based on availability)
• Pets: For the comfort and safety of all the guests, pets are not permitted.
• Smoking: Smoking in some rooms is permitted. Please request a smoking room at time of booking to ensure availability for your stay.
• Credit Cards: All major credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation:
  • More than 15 days before check in date: 30% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • Between 10 days to 14 days: 50% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
  • Between 6 days to 9 days: 70% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
  • 5 days before check in date or No Show: 100% of the total cost will be charges as a cancellation fee
